About This Proxy Order

This item is not currently in-hand in the U.S. After the order cutoff date, our China team will place the group order and assist with receiving, packing, and forwarding the items to us in the United States. Once the goods arrive, we will ship each order individually to customers.

However, please note that promotional gifts are provided by Molsion and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee specific gifts, quantities, or substitutions if the brand changes, limits, or runs out of promotional items before our order is fulfilled. The promotional gift event is expected to run through the end of June, which is why we are placing orders as soon as possible.

Estimated arrival is by the end of June 2026. This timeline is based on current expectations and may be affected by supplier processing time, domestic China shipping, international shipping, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

We will provide email updates as the order moves through each stage, including order placement, arrival with our China team, shipment to the U.S., and final U.S. domestic shipping.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Because this is a proxy order placed on your behalf, all sales are final once the group order has been submitted. Cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted after the order has been placed with the supplier unless the wrong item is received or the item arrives damaged.

We will do our best to carefully pack and protect each order. However, because this item will go through multiple shipping stages, minor wear to the outer packaging may occur during transit and is not considered a product defect.
